Hi! I’m glad you’re here!
I’m Marta, an independent, self-taught artist from Belgrade, Serbia and I specialise in custom watercolour playing card designs.
Driven by the genuine love for creating, in my free time I’ve been developing my style for over 10 years. During that period I completed bachelor and MA in Scandinavian Languages, Literature and Culture at the University of Belgrade and worked for eight years with the Norwegian market. I even translated a children’s novel from Norwegian to Serbian with a couple of colleagues.
My passion for literature helps me explore visual storytelling in my watercolour designs!
I prefer traditional mediums such as watercolours. All my pieces are drawn by hand on paper! You can find more of my work as well as insight into my process & sketchbooks on my social media!
